For balms, rub a small dollop (pea sized or smaller) into the skin thoroughly so that the skin is moisturized but not left oily. Takes effect in 20-30 minutes. For tinctures, mix 2.5ml (1/2 tsp) into juice or other liquid and swallow. Takes effect in 5-15 minutes. Increase dose to 5ml (1 tsp) max if desired.
